Dana Casolaro, Ph.D.

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Casolaro is a licensed psychologist specializing in pediatric assessment. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of neurodevelopmental disorders, including attention and executive functioning difficulties, learning disabilities, cognitive challenges, as well as mood/behavioral-related concerns. She also conducts comprehensive evaluations to assist students in obtaining appropriate school- and college-based academic accommodations, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations that support their educational success.

Dr. Casolaro earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Walden University, where her doctoral research focused on self-esteem among adults with ADHD symptoms. She completed specialized training in neuropsychological, psychological, and educational assessments at the Morris Psychological Group. Her clinical experience includes conducting comprehensive pediatric neuropsychological evaluations, administering and interpreting neurocognitive and psychological assessment measures, and providing individualized treatment planning/recommendations to support diagnostic conclusions.

Dr. Casolaro holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education. She also has experience as both an applied behavioral analysis (ABA) instructional aide and a preschool teacher. These experiences provide her with a strong understanding of child development and learning across home, school, and clinical settings.

Dr. Casolaro strives to make the evaluation process comfortable, engaging, and collaborative while providing families with clear answers and practical, individualized recommendations. She is committed to helping individuals and parents gain a deeper understanding of their unique strengths and areas of need, empowering them with the knowledge and guidance to support long-term success at home, in school, and beyond.
