Getting a good night’s sleep is essential to our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and resolving sleep difficulties can be critical to establishing healthy day-to-day functioning. This workshop is designed to help adults who are experiencing sleep-related problems and looking to find solutions to supplement or replace the use of sleep aids.
During the course of this five-session series, participants will be:
- Provided with an individually-tailored evaluation of their sleep difficulties
- Offered educational information about how they can improve their sleep
- Taught how to identify and change thought patterns that contribute to poor sleep
- Armed with effective behavioral strategies to combat sleep problems
