Dr. Francine Rosenberg is the Managing Partner of Morris Psychological Group and a licensed clinical psychologist who provides cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to children, adolescents, and adults in Morris County and throughout northern New Jersey. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Dr. Rosenberg has advanced training in evidence-based treatment for OCD and provides Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. She also leads an ongoing OCD treatment group designed to offer structured, skills-based support in a collaborative setting. She understands how disruptive anxiety and OCD can be for individuals and families and is committed to providing clear guidance and effective treatment in a supportive environment. Her approach is thoughtful, goal-oriented, and tailored to each patient’s needs, with an emphasis on helping individuals regain confidence and stability in their daily lives.

She earned her Doctor of Psychology and Master of Science degrees from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College. She was appointed to the State of New Jersey Psychology Internship Program and began her career working with chronic psychiatric patients at Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital and Fair Oaks Hospital, where she developed broad experience treating complex clinical presentations.

Dr. Rosenberg serves on the medical staff of Morristown Medical Center and is a member of the New Jersey Craniofacial Center. She has held board positions with the New Jersey Psychological Association and the Morris County Psychological Association. She is an active member of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Foundation and the New Jersey Association of Cognitive Behavior Therapists. In addition to her clinical work, she frequently lectures to both community and professional audiences on the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD.
